The voting item request form is for clubs that want to approve or change anything like fundraisers, budgets, and events.

All clubs need to have a budget. The link below is a budget template that you need to copy and fill it out with all of your clubs info on it.

Food Fair

You can find the Food Fair Form with your club advisor or in I108!! Please remember to put down three of your top choices, in case the first is already taken.
