Athletic Clearance for our Student Athletes
Need to get cleared for upcoming sports?
Each athlete must get their athletic clearance taken care of which includes completing a sports physical with a MD, DO, DC or Nurse Practitioner.
Please register at athleticclearance.com for the 2024-25 sports season so you are cleared when the season starts in August ( July if you play football).
Step 1: Create an online ACCOUNT
Step 2: Complete your Physical /medical clearance form ( schedule an appointment with your pediatrician, or chiropractor)
Step 3: Wait for your email indicating your athlete has been cleared.
